How Sam booksThe rules she follows on every call
- Finds the zone from the address. ZIP from Google first. If Google can't confirm it, the ZIP it does return, then the town. Detroit, Livonia and Sterling Heights are split, so she asks for the ZIP.
- Offers two options: the next opening on each of the zone's days. Whoever works that zone that day gets the visit.
- If neither works, the zone's first day next week.
- Then a bordering zone's day, only if the property is within 2 miles of that zone's edge. Core borders all four. North borders West and East. East borders North and Southwest. Southwest borders East and West.
- No more than 7 per rep per day, counting everything on that rep's calendar.
- Plant health care books with Kyle on his zone days. The office can hand it to Tyler.
- ZIPs not on the list: nearest zone only within 12 miles of its center. Otherwise it goes to the office.
- Address she can't confirm: asks the caller to spell the street once, then books and flags it.
- Can't fit the caller in: tells them the office will reach out and files a callback.
Unchanged: "do not book" towns stay office-only. Earliest booking is tomorrow after noon, or Tuesday over a weekend. No Sundays for Sam. Visits are 30 minutes plus 15 minutes of travel. Hours and days off come from each rep's calendar.
